  A NIGHTMARE OF INCOMPETENCE!! Had a prepaid Expedia reservation, all good until they could not process my VALID Credit Card and had ZERO backup to correct their computer's error. I ONLY HAD MY 1 CREDIT CARD SO the female manager just looked at me AS I COMPLAINED THAT THEIR SYSTEM WAS AT FAULT AND I NEEDED A SOLUTION. Waited for 2 hours after landing to get a car or ANY HELP and the manager finally arrived with ZERO solutions and ripped the cell phone out of my hands while on the phone with EXPEDIA saying that they would not pay for the call. I told him he had a responsibility to me as a customer with a reservation and he just shrugged. Took a ride to the airport and got another rental. NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH A LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM OR CARE ON THE ISLAND. DO NOT RENT HERE.

  Worst experience ever.
  Rented a car in Marigot on December 23. The place was closed, nobody was around. No response to our email or calls.

  Check in et check out corrects. Accueil agréable.
  
  Le seul bémol, c'est que j'ai eu une voiture qui selon moi ne correspondait pas à la même gamme qu'une VW Polo comme indiqué sur le site au moment de la réservation.
  
  Mais vu le prix très raisonnable, je n'ai pas trouvé à y redire.
