  As of 2018 the Bank is working perfectly fine. It opens around 8am Mon-Fri and closes at 2pm except Friday at 4pm. The same time goes for the other banks on the island as well. There are several ATMS on site and some more throughout the island but not many. Like the other banks the line are notoriously long. On most days you can expect to wait for 15 mins plus. Again most of the other banks on the island are like this witht the exception of the West End branch which is usually faster. However, online banking is present and you can most bills online.
  
  Other the the wait the bank is reasonable and does what most banks do despite not being as big (international) as the others.

  Dependable, low interest rates,secure savings and fixed benefits.there are two branches one in the western end of the island and another in the town which is good, investment opportunities especially for young entrepreneurs and is owned by government.

  Use to be a great bank but now there is to much problems it's to the point where its now taken over by government. This building is now closed down and the bank located I another building and is now called NCBA

  this bank has gone bankrupted!!!
