It's now one of the only outdoor sit-down restaurants in The Valley after Hurricane Irma took some of the favourites (like Valley Bistro). Andy's always has specials of the day and you can be sure that it'll be something of a seafood mix creole, a fresh fish or even lobster sometimes.
