Had my first visit and despite my fears Slx staff and Dr Slekis make me feel like part of their own team helping me to ease the anxietythank to my first experience I was able to go trough the dental treatment a lot better than what I can ever recall
I do commend Slx dental for their patience and “psychology “ to talk my fears away

Excellent place, give me security and pace of mind on this COVID-19 times signs are outside and on the web page with instructions and always they confirm appointment by phone the day before and the same day off your appointmentcompanion will be ask to wait outside to limit the protocols to the patients. Very thankful to the staff to make me feel safe. JS

Had a first visit and a not pleasant encounter at this establishment yesterday.

I visited Dr. George Mansoor's office where external protocols are in place. There is a buzzer outside the secured entrance. I was able to speak to the nurse who was able to satisfy my queries.
Perhaps Slx Dental can apply the same protocol so visitors having the ability to enter an unsecured entrance are not told that 'only 2 patients are allowed in at one time'. I had no way of knowing the capacity of the office in advance of my entry. Additionally, note the following: it's not what you say but the manner in which it is delivered that can be and was a problem.
If there is an adjustment to the protocol I may hear about it as I have no plan to experience it myself.
