  A building that is easy to find within St. John's. It comprises a huge tools repair, purchase centre, PAWI office, Doña Lola restaurant (Excellent food yum yum), General Store to the bottom as well as a Notary which is upstairs. There is ample parking space on the compound. I had the opportunity to visit all the above named stores/offices. I received wonderful service at all. The building is located in a strategic place and is not hard to find. You can easily take a taxi and reach there easily from town. If you drive, it is easy as well.
