  The Mill Reef Club is a gated and securely fenced ocean front community in the vicinity Halfmoon Bay and Freetown Village at the Eastern End of Antigua. The Spectacular picturesque Panoramic Seaside Views coupled with many beautiful white sandy beaches, Islands and inlets makes this a desirable community. The club or residents association if you will shares the cost of security and other communal expenses., there is also a philanthropic arm of the Mill Reef Club which awards scholarships and other assistants to Antiguans.
  
  The Mill Reef Club occupies more than a square mile (1.6 KM sq) the great views and varied landscape and seascapes are precious assets and Gems in the crown of Antigua and Barbuda.

  Too much restrictions for me, that comes from management I can figure that much. The staff on the other hand, great staff! I guess thats why it is at the level it is
