Great service from vendors. However need a bit more atmosphere. Drop off and pick up spot in St. John's

Great place, nice memories and amazing people. Busy during the rush hours when the ships are anchored in the port and nostalgic after the amalgam of the visitors are leaving. A lot of shops of all kind are situated on the High street for every taste and budget, also a great variety of souvenirs and gifts. The people are so friendly and kind at every corner and are offering the tourist the opportunity to get awesome artisanal items.

Busy downtown area, west of the center of St. John's, adjacent to piers. Major Cruise lines dock here. This is THE place for duty-free shopping with just about everything imaginable. The local people are genuine, delightful to speak with, and pleasant to be around. Overall, a great experience although the decrepit infrastructure was painfully evident.

There are lots of shops with. T-shirts and such. Beautifully colored buidings. Great buys on some jewelry. Don't let the taxi drivers and guides intimidate you. You can get some good deals on tours. Will go back again

Great views. Lots to do. Cruise ships and catamarans dock there. Local bar is ok not the worst or the best pretty much the only option when waiting to be processed through immigration and customs prior to boarding/disembarking from the ferry.

Very basic ferry port. Only come an hour before departure. Drinks available but no food. Eat beforehand or bring food with you. Be prepared to pay a $37.50 departure tax.

Love the ambience and fun to see a mixed of busy tourists and travelers, local people, and street vendors selling their cute t-shirt souvenirs and more. The area is nicely packed with colorful shops and mostly filled with souvenir shops and tours offers, with some food and drinks only some blocks away.

We can definitely bargain with the street vendors and again I'm happy because they're not too pushy. The price is so so for t-shirts, especially if you buy many, but it's expensive for small staff like magnets or souvenir plates. Typical tourists favorite.

I feel safe enough and people are friendly here.

Good for duty free shopping and tourist stuff that you can bring home for family and friends. But nothing local! Very expensive like always in this areas. Lots of people selling tours, it's safe to buy them here.
    Recommend:
The store that sells cosmetic close to Cheers - ask for the Deep Sea cosmetic and buy it! Expensive but so good!
Cheers Antigua - good food friendly staff. Take enough money with you. If you want it a bit cheaper and you're more into pizza and stuff like this ask for Big Banana in Redcliff St.
Buy Susies Hot Sauce at Vendor's Mall.

It's got a nice vibe with good food and drink options. Plenty of taxi drivers available when needed! It also has lots of ramps for easy accessibility. I took off a star for spotty public WiFi and because I got unhelpful service from a waitress who didn't know anything about her bar and didn't give me correct change. But I did get a chair massage from a lovely guy at a kiosk so it sort of evens out! Overall it's a nice place to hang out while you wait for the ferry.

Disappointed I collect Pandora travel charms and the store was out of stock and have been for at least two months really unfair for those who will maybe only visit the island once in a lifetime!!! In speaking with the manager they have no control over when they will receive inventory I can't imagine how much profit has been lost due to lack of supply!!!

A great place to shop. The watch I am wearing right now was purchased there over 12 years ago, Some of my best cameras and accessories were from a shop in the Quay as well. The duty free prices and availability of international products makes shopping quite worthwhile and attractive.

Heritages Quay Shopping Complex with the neighbouring Vendors Mall, Radcliffe Quay, Cruise Port and a host of other attractions and establishments make Antigua a popular destination.

With Entertainment, some local and cultural and others seasonal a visit is quite fulfilling. Apart from Shopping and entertainment, I find myself just visiting to chilax.

Jewelry, Clothing, accessories, Electronics and Perfumes are just some of the many Duty free Items available for Purchase.

More can be said however Heritage Quay is an experience to relish with great delight.

The shopping in here is great because there's a wide price range of product. There's clothing to jewelry & watches to beauty products. Be sure to check out Aquasports for beach accessories, fishing gear and sun blocks ;)

Classic stop for the cruise liners, with lots of restaurants, stores and duty free establishments that cater to the mass of people coming and going, we by not being on the Cruise ship had more time to look around and enjoy the view and see people nice stores and restaurants featuring local art and food

One of the most beautiful shopping areas on the island. Duty Free shopping at almost every shop in the area. This location is located on the port but super conveniently in the heart of town. It's also near the local outside market (fresh local fruits, vegetables, meat, fish poultry, etc. ; go early on a Saturday morning to witness it's true energy). You can find a vast variety of trinkets and souvenirs all around the area at very low and affordable prices (Tip: $1 US Dollar is equal to $2.70 EC -Eastern Carribean Dollar). While shopping it's also a fantastic location to enjoy the local food. I LOVE, LOVE LOVE LOVE this place and island!!! I guarantee you will as well once you experience what it has to offer.

Very traditional. Caught between modern and remaining true to original culture. The harbour shops were ok if not very typical touristy!
Good for 4 hours walk about but nothing more.
