The good: a beautiful bouquet.
The bad: 2.5 hours late in delivery. no communication to say delivery would be late, an opportunity to make a good first impression lost, no offer to pass a credit to my credit card.

I was disappointed that my wedding anniversary did not start off with a good atmosphere.
