The CIBC First Caribbean International Bank is a Financial institution on the Old Parham Road quite literally next to the KFC, Old Parham Road and Clare Hall Secondary School. The distinctive Financial Institution is more like a Cooperate office for the CIBC First Caribbean International Bank and has a Drive-Thru Banking Facility which is a convenience to many vehicular banking customers.
The well kept recently constructed (relatively speaking) property is quite aesthetically pleasing and is visible from distances and integrates quite well with the Old Parham Road and other secondary roads. The modern interior is really comfortable and I find it to be an attractive facility both inside and outside.
The customer service both on the phone and in person is quite professional and friendly at the same time. The whole experience of the place puts one in a relaxed and somber businesslike mood and the tasteful interior decoration and design makes for a winning combination.
All in all The CIBC First Caribbean International Bank with several branches Island wide is a great network of Banking and Financial Institutions with many ATMs for the local and international customers.response / report this review -

Clean bank and decent customer service but, wait times are ridiculous. For a cash transaction at the counter I literally waited over 4 hours. Make sure you pack a sleeping bag, you might be there a while.
