  We recently rented a car from Drive-A-Matic in Antigua and were delighted with both the service and the car. We had a little Kia Picanto, which was just perfect to pootle around the island! Couldn't recommend the Drive-A-Matic Antigua team highly enough!

  Rented a vehicle while we were on a cruise and found the location at the port ideal. It is right in the middle of both of the piers.
  The roads on the island can be very challenging to say the least. Once you are out of st. John, road signs are few, and far between. You can easily find yourself on a "road" that's only the width of your car, so i would suggest a GPS if it is a option. Once you get back to St. John give yourself enough time to navigate the city. The streets are narrow and can be very congested, especially if there's more than one cruise ship. We had 4 ships the day we there.
  I would also like to thank Simone who took care of us. Right before we were going to board the ship, we realized we forgot a bag in the trunk. Despite having already moved the vehicle to another location, she was able to get a driver to slogg through heavy traffic with our property in time for us to just make it back to the ship.

  I booked my car from Antigua via a UK site, the uk co. confirmation was confusing as asked for hotel delivery but Drive a Matip responded to my email within the hour.
  I booked an afternoon delivery to avoid paying an extra day and they offered to deliver it early without charge.
  They delivered on time, handover was quick and when I dropped off they used the same car to take us to avoid us removing our luggage.

  We rented a car from Drive a matic in Antigua for two weeks. We experienced a few problems (our problems, not theirs) and they were very helpful to us. Nekeisha and Simone were great. Highly recommended.

  I booked the car at short notice, over Antigua Carnival weekend, and given immediate attention by Simone once she received the internet notification. She talked me through the rest of the process, as my initial delivery time was not available, and gave me very workable alternatives. The car was delivered as promised to my location. I had a minor issue with the GPS which was resolved very quickly and professionally.
  
  On the day of the return, the process also went quite smoothly. They were a bit early, but were patient and waited until I had a chance to fill the car and clear it out without making me feel rushed.
  
  The car I got was quite new and in very good condition. It was clean and well demonstrated on delivery. It was truly a very good experience.

  Drive-A-Matic in Antigua was AWESOME! We rented the car for a day while our Cruise docked and it was simple to book and easy to pickup and return as they met us at the cruise pier. The customer service was great and they representative that met us with the car was super helpful and pleasant. To top it off, we accidentally left an $900 camera lens in the glove compartment and realized it after our ship had already set off. Shauna with Drive-A-Matic secured our lens and shipped to our home upon return from our cruise. I would definitely recommend!

  Excellent service, with clean and new cars. I've rented cars from a few other car rental agencies in Antigua and their cars are much older and not in very good condition.
