Do not use this company . Boat was not prepared given with broken reef lines , equipment not working, briefing given resulted in us using a channel which ended up with us being shipwrecked. Even the rescue team, coastguard, and police and locals said we should have been informed not to use that channel as the reef had moved and several boats a year get shipwrecked there. No concern was given for our lives only the boat and then left high and dry with no accommodation . They basically just walked away. Dreadful company to deal with.

Première déception chez DreamYachtCharter avec un bateau mal préparé par la base d’Antigua. En effet, Alamak, un Lagoon 52 de un an présentait plusieurs problèmes pour notre croisière de 10 jours (réfrigérateur en panne, problème de pompe de douche, problèmes sur la grand-voile et plein de petits problèmes certes mineurs mais agaçants quand on loue un bateau à ce prix-là). Cela nous a contraint à perdre 2 jours : 1 jour à Pointe-à-Pitre pour réparer certaines choses, et 1 jour à Jolly Harbour, où l’accueil et l’efficacité n’ont pas été au rendez-vous, nous obligeant à reprendre la mer avec notre frigo en panne… Dommage que la qualité et le service aient baissé à ce point…
