The Dow's Hill Interpretation Centre is situated on the same road as The Block House and Shirley's Heights and all in the National Parks in Historic English Harbour. A 360 degree panoramic view of the surrounding areas is possible from the observation area on site, especially The Nelsons Dockyard and English Harbour on one side and the UHSA Medical School on the other.

A multimedia presentation tells the history of Antigua and Barbuda (geared to younger Audiences) from the earliest settlement. Dow's Hill Interpretation Centre is an important stop in the visit to the area since it give a historical perspective to the other historical sites in the vicinity and that breathtaking panoramic view is quite spectacular.

Events are held on site as well, Wedding Receptions and many other varied events enjoy the use of these well manicured grounds, the well kept buildings and structures and the whole historical and social ambiance of the location. Popular with tourists and visitors interested in learning about Antigua's Past as it relates to the present.

So the great location and the professional staff makes this a worthwhile addition to any itinerary of places of interest in Antigua and Barbuda.

Free bath rooms. Free parking. Very crowded when cruise ships are in port. Kind of handicap access which means it's accessible but a bit rough with crude ramps from parking area. Great views of the surrounding area.
