I grew up in Delightful Restaurant. I've been a faithful fan/customer since 1994 or so (Pre-hurricane Luis). I can objectively say that the offerings have become substandard as well as the front line service. I'll still always patronize them because they are heads and shoulders above the other competition.

My bad experiences might be your best experiences with them so go and form your own opinion.

Food is good and pretty consistent, service time is good even though it can get crowded at times. Call ahead especially in a Sunday evening.
