The customer service is not good at all. It takes almost one hour to get your order ready and you have to remind them many times else you will be forgotten .

It is fine when there is no rush. But during rush hours the waiters cannot concentrate on orders/customers. It takes hours till your order arrives. Or sometimes they forgot your order at all and you have to wait one more hour or leave.

Despite the tasty pizzas, I think the management totally forgot the maintenance. Sometimes you have to wait for an hour to get your single order. The tables are left without cleaning for long time and after many requests a waitress will come rushing to do his duty carelessly.
The kids playing area stinks and it’s so dirty.

a very slow service,
while you order something first no one appears to take your order, then when they take the order, the food is brought when you are full with anger , no more place to eat anything else.
I have been waiting here for one and half hour, still no food.
i hope the service gets better and faster
