  Silk Road hotel is situated almost directly below the Rooftop of Bamiyan Hotel. The rooms are clean and modern, the hospitality world class. The restaurant is spacious and the international menu is very good. 4 Stars because the hotel and restaurant are in far better shape than Rooftop but 5 stars would be unfair to the Hotels in Kabul.
