Clean and convenient for foreigner shoppers.
Convenient shopping store at slightly higher price than surrounding market.
Several floors with different ready made food, coffee, home necesities and other marchendise available.

Three stars is generous but there aren't many options in Kabul. Sometimes they don't have eggs! They're not bad most of the time though.
