CLO Organization

Care for Life Organization (CLO) is a nongovernmental, nonprofit, and independent organization that has been established in Takhar province in June 2013. On 02 February 2014 officially registered in the Ministry of Economy of Afghanistan republic state with register NO# (3143). CLO activities will be in progress along with national and international organizations.This organization (CLO) handles programs such as; Social Engagement, Civic Education, Women's Access to justice, Health, Gender integration, and anti-corruption, and its main consideration is to combat poverty and bring welfare to poor vulnerable, and isolated families. In three decades of war the basic infrastructure of Afghanistan exterminated and the people of Afghanistan. have faced poverty, therefore, this organization aims to overcome these problems in order to bring a suitable and Welfare life for them.CLO is a member of several Networks at the Afghanistan level and is a partner with AKF, USIP, and Colombo Plan (CP). In 2016 CLO has recognized as Twenty Outstanding Youth Organization (TOYO) at the Afghanistan level by Colombo Plan. In 2018 CLO has certified by Afghanistan Institute for Civil Society (AICS) and has been recognized as a credible NGO in Northern provinces of Afghanistan in the areas of Project Management, Program Delivery, Financial Management, Internal Governance and Strategic Planning, External Relations, Communication and Outreach and Human Resources.
