UNICARE medical team dont have courtesy to talk to patient in normal language, pathetic service by the Consultant doctors there.

Unicare very carefully and meticulously does all your tests. Have been coming here for my annual check ups. They plan your tests very well, least time spent between 2 tests. Contact Reema for advising and booking your tests.

Totally unprofessional, you got to wait in the reception and then again for the doctor. no token system, people who came after you will see the doctor.

I would highly recommend Dr. Hina Kausar- Unicare Burjuman Center. 😊. She is very good in her treatment, and has a very good experience.. She explained me all the things very nicely..She listens to the problems very patiently and is always with a comforting smile.

Not worth for money Very expensive. Some Doctors are not ok at all. We consulted Dr. Hina Kausar, really I shocked when we visited and she was not checking properly the patient and listing properly. We asked her about blood checkup and she said for blood checkup come next time it menace all MONEY making idea, they charge more if you compared with other clinics more than 300%.

My 3yr old daughter had a fall from the sofa when waiting for her appointment ending up with bleeding lips and gums. I requested for help to stop the bleeding with ice pack and there was neither ice pack nor ice ,nor ice cold water. Neither I could see a first aid box. There were nurses and Doctors who saw me and dint bother to even come near me to offer any help even after pleeding and screaming. Not sure if they were really health care practitioners with such attitude. Being furious I then asked for the Manager to escalate and She too was missing in action who came after good 10mins after the incident and interrupted while I was consulting the doctor where I had an appointment and when I told her that I will see her after consulting she replied to me that she would not want to speak as I was furious and other patients would be affected by my action. Instead of being apologetic and understanding my concern she was being rude and increasing my anger. Unacceptable behaviour was not the word!!! I had two children with me one of 7months old baby and 3yrs old and I was considered after 45mins of my appointment time after all walk in patients were entertained. The manager had seen me before who did not bother to even priorotise me with two kids.
Pathetic clinic who lack basic necessities as well as customer service . When I came out of the clinic the manager ding even stay back to talk to me . Heights of ignoranceresponse / report this review -

Went for treatment for my baby and very very bad experience. The doctor cannot give the right medicine for fever and baby's fever shot up so we had to go to another hospital. She is always in a hurry not giving any advice never ask any questions and if we ask something always respond in a careless manner. Really pathetic.

My husband recently visited Unicare Burjuman on 28th Jan as his second consultation where the doctor indicated few additional blood tests. Since that day, despite calling daily, we have still not received the blood reports! Every single day they keep promising to email us the reports.. I wonder how this is termed as patient centricity! Will never go again .. highly disappointed and highly overrated!

Fantastic location & Doctors but horrible administration. I paid cash (not insurance) last Saturday for a blood test to check my uric acid level. They were supposed to call me in 24hrs for a result however 5 phone call follow up since Sunday (yesterday evening) but no response every call I'm informed someone will call you back?!?! In competitive world of Dubai, just spare a prayer for their survival!!! Next time I will go to a pathology lab in some other clinic not waste my time on such ridiculous service level clinic

I have booked an appointment just few minutes ago. I am a new/first time patient. Rude appointment call center named jaya. No telephone courtesy. Most probably i will cancel my appointment. Trainings should be implemented.

I have been with Unicare since 2010.I am always comfortable with doctors and the staffs.
Administration department is so cooperative and kind.I am happy that they work on Friday's also.

I had been here for my annual health checkup & I'm mighty glad I chose to have it done here. From the time it started, to the time it was done, each person was friendly & gave information about the procedures which were done; irrespective of whether it was known or not. I wish them all the best & will certainly be having my next check over there too.
