We are relocating from Chicago to Dubai for the first time. Got to search online for 2bedroom apartment in Old Town Dubai and found Fam Properties on the top list on/in Properties Finder.
I was amazed to get a call from Agent Roland few minutes after I dropped an urgent message on the portal. Agent Roland is very honest & professional, asked me the right questions, he showed me three options matching my requirements and is punctual for viewing. Answered calls promptly, engaged in conversations between the landlord and myself to reach to a rental agreement.
Hoping to finalized the rental as soon as the landlord gives his approval.

Angela is very professional and patience agent. She will go extra miles just to find you best suitable apartment which perfectly suits your needs and wishes. At our first meeting she was very interested to find out what am I looking for and which amenities the building has to have. Every apartment that she showed after that had all that I needed and more. Angela is a great agent and I would recommend her to everyone who need a place to live in Dubai. Contact her and you will have best service possible.

When i had started looking for a home to rent, it seemed like a humongous task. However, Ali made the process very smooth. He was very honest & professional, asked me the right questions and he figured out what I was looking for. He showed me two options matching my requirements. He was always available to answer my questions and give the right advices, which helped me to move to my new apartment within a week.

We were so fortunate to have met Ana Carolina the day we went to view properties at City Walk.
Ana took a lot of time showing us various properties in different buildings and on subsequent viewings went to a lot of trouble to ensure we found exactly the right apartment for us.
She was always very patient and courteous and carried out her work in a very professional manner. She has always been very punctual for our meetings and in her responses to our many questions.
Ana provided us with a really supportive, comprehensive service regarding our move incorporating, arranging for the utilities to be transferred which was of real assistance.
The Step by Step moving in package provided was also excellent.
Ana went above and beyond what was expected making sure she was always available to be sure we had a smooth move in, even corresponding with us during her holiday!

Purity is the right agent to look for when you are looking to buy a home. She treats you with alot of respect, best customer service and she's very fun to be around with. Purity has all the stock and she has the best relationship with the home-owners. Purity will listen to your requirements, find you your dream home and most importantly negotiate the price with home owners and get you the best deal. Purity is the most knowledgeable, professional and most polite agent i have ever dealt with in Dubai.

I have had the pleasure of using Natalia’s Property Agent services twice in the last two years.
I first met her in April 2016 at a rare open house in an apartment in Shoreline. It was clear upon our first meeting that she was very knowledgeable about the market in Dubai and the pitfalls of dealing with agents.
We remained in touch and at the end of 2016 she successfully managed to find us an apartment while we were still overseas.
She understood our requirements and spent time sourcing the right apartment for us. She knows the legal paperwork required and the additional terms that should be added to ensure the tenant is well covered.
On the second occasion, Natalia went way beyond the call of duty in order to find us a suitable home. She demonstrated a lot of patience with us as we were keen not to move too far away. Again, she did everything she could, advised us when needed and again helped us to ensure all the relevant paperwork was in place.
If we had to move again I would not hesitate to contact Natalia and would happily recommend her to anyone I was aware of who planned to move to Dubai.
She is professional, very prompt in responding, always on time with appointments, takes the time to understand your requirements and most of all she is friendly and approachable.

We have recently had the pleasure of working with Purity at Fam Properties. I found the company details online and Purity quickly called me back. I gave her the specifics of what sort of property we were looking for and she came up with our ideal home. Not only that but Purity made the whole process easy for us from start to finish. If we ever decide to move again then I will call Purity straight away!

Howard from FAM Properties has completely changed the perception that I had about the real estate agents. Such a wonderful person - professional, reliable and trustworthy.
He understood my requirements, conveyed it to the landlord and ensured everything was done. He was very supportive throughout the entire move in process.

This is the second time I am giving feedback about Howard as he continues to exceed my expectations. Its been 3 years since I used his services to rent an apartment that I continue to live in. A week ago I needed some major repairs done and since it was late the in evening and the FAM offices would have been closed, I got in touch with Howard. He not only gave me advice on how to go about contacting the owner with regards to the repair, but also spoke with his colleague to get me the owners reps number. Thanks to him I was able to get everything sorted quite late in the evening without having to wait till next morning. He then continued to follow up with me, until the repairs were taken care. Absolutely fantastic customer service even though I was not in contact for 3 years. Well done Howard!

Amik, my letting agent went way above and beyond his duties to help me in relation to my rental. I cannot recommend him enough if you are looking for a property.

Until i met Howard, i thought that the motto “meet and exceed customers’ expectation”, is only a desirable goal that cannot be achieved by anyone. Howard was able to transform my view towards such matter. Last year i decided to buy a property in Dubai, i saw the add posted online and gave a call to Howard who was poster, the offer i extended was relatively very low than the price the property was advertised on, however Howard got me that deal. I was worried that my modest budget was not reconcilable with the prime location and an in-decent-state building we were looking for. Well, thanks to the professionalism displayed by Howard, i was able to find the apartment which I was looking for, at the desired location, within my budget, and in a relatively span of few minutes.

I'd like to leave a feedback for Howard Mall from FAM Properties. He is a helpful and knowledgeable agent, who supports you and tries his best to find you a tenant (I wanted to rent out an apartment). He also gives good recommendations and goes beyond his duties by finding contractors to refurbish the apartment. He always responds to calls (unlike many other agents!) and are on top of the situation. Overall, I'd recommend him as a professional.

I dealt with Anastasia from FAM, she was prompt and knew the available inventory extremely well. Her direct approach and understanding of our search made the shortlisting of potential units and final selection easier and more efficient.
The experience to conclude and after sale was also really professional as Anastasia remained on top of the process at every step which made our purchase smooth and trouble free.

She listens to the clients requirements, very knowledgeable about the project, highly experienced and pays attention to every single detail.
