- How Does Coaching Help??
A short anecdote to explain.
Over 300 years ago, as a Burmese army invaded Siam (now called Thailand), in order to protect their heritage and national treasure of a 5 tonne solid gold Buddha effigy, the Siamese monks covered it in 12 inches of clay. The invaders destroyed everything including the people of the land, but ignored the clay effigy. In the mid 1950s, the giant clay statue was being relocated to another place via cranes. The engineering team didn’t understand why it was so heavy. While lifting it, one engineer saw a small crack, only to find a blinding golden glimmer shining through that little crack. They chiselled away and found a glorious golden Buddha hidden under the layers of clay.
So you see, we all have this enormous greatness within us. But we mask it with a false façade, old beliefs, past experiences and societal pressures. At Atmaanaan, we are there to find that little crack and uncover glorious gold within. It is our role and responsibility as your coach to find that glimmer of gold and let it manifest into a beautiful light. Just let the old junk – that is no longer useful – fall away so that we can shine our brightest. - Are My Coaching Sessions Confidential??
