It's the corner building, very easy to find out. Abra ( the boat station) is just in front of this business Tower only have to cross the road.

It is located in the heart of Deira just next to old shops for any types of goods with very competitive prices. Also very close to mobile shops and old Naief market. The only problem is to find parking . Also usually heavy traffic round it. The tower is an old one but many companies in export and import are active there. There is Bank Saderat Iran in ground floor and also atm of Emirates NBD. The building is just behind Emirates NBD Deira branch and also very close to Emirates Islamic Bank and Bank Melli Iran and just few walking minutes to Bani yas square the heart of Deira.
