Guys never ever head to this worst shop if you wanted to solve your device issue. They will completely destroy it. I gave my MacBook Pro to them as It was freezing during the startup. That was the only issue, the freezing was just for 2 3 minutes, later it would be normal. They said they wanted to change the software, I told them to change only if there won't be any issue after changing the software. After that, when I went to check my laptop, new issue came out with the display. There are some display lines on the startup. When I ask them they put complete blame on me. They said it was not their fault. They even said there were no any issue when I gave them my MacBook, even freezing. If there were no issue why did they accepted my MacBook and changed the software? Now they completely destroyed it. They wanted me to accept my MacBook with the fault. Anyway I am going to make a complaint to police. I will show them what I can do. Also, they don't even know how to deal with their customers.

Bought a keyboard from this place about 3 mobths ago. Kepboard did not work properly took it back to them. They refused to replace it as it was defective. I even showed them pictures and they refused to accept it. They advised i ahould buy a microsoft keyboard for dhs 400 and not for 100. Considering their cheapest keyboard is 35 dhs, i was told this dell keyboard was going to be a really good one. In 2 months the keyboard had issues and lots of buttons got stuck.
I dont recommend this shop to anyone. They sell fake products at a premium price.response / report this review -
