  If I could have given one star, I would have. I’ve never seen such incompetence. They spend their time lying about deadlines: initially it's 2 days, but it ends up being 2 weeks. The manager even left her workplace when she was supposed to call me back. This is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise against this company.

  We live in the UK and made an off-plan purchase of a 2-bedroom apartment in Dubai in 2018. As we were not “on the ground” we needed to find a team who would be able to help us to furnish our apartment and Zen were recommended to us by the agent through which we had purchased our property. After an initial meeting with Mariana we agreed to go ahead.
  Completion was delayed several times but they worked with us to choose the best time to start the process. Initially they spent time with us to understand our requirements and tastes and then produced a mood board reflecting these. They were very flexible with any changes that we wished to make along the way.
  Mariana and Ashley were a pleasure to work with and made the whole process hassle free. Highly recommended.

  Very good experience. It is the first time we worked with Zen interiors. They did the full furnishing of the apartment. They completed the work in the expected timeframe with a great attention to details.
  
  Mariana and Hiba were very helpful navigating us through the proccess and carefully considered all our comments. We are very satisfied with the result.
  
  It was a pleasure working with the team. It made moving in so much easier. We would hire them again and can only recommend.

  We recently had the pleasure of working with Zen Interiors for the furnishing of our apartment in Dubai, and we must say that their service was truly excellent from start to finish. From the moment we contacted them Andreea was attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to meet our needs.

  Zen was recommended to me by a trusty realtor, whom is a rarity compared to the usual slimy ones littering Dubai. I knew Zen’s services would be on the pricey side, but wow did they deliver.
  
  I had contracted them to do the master design work, furniture selection, and a few custom built items in my 3br apartment in Marina Gate 2. Working through plans took about 2 months, and construction ~5 months more (includes 6 weeks of delays due to public holidays, building permits, and other contractors). Zen designers were responsive and always on point, holding my hand and incorporating my feedback every step of the way to tailor make the apartment of my dreams. The operations team was also efficient and attentive, and stuck with communicated deadlines unlike the norm in Dubai.
  
  Big thanks to everyone who worked on my little project, because you made this apartment amazing. Special shoutouts to Mariana, Jane, and Tom!

  As I am not based in Dubai I needed a company who would manage the design, procurement and installation of everything in an apartment I had bought off plan. Zen Interiors were recommended to me by an Estate Agent and after an initial chat with Andreea I decided to go ahead with them to do the works.
  Zen Interiors did a fantastic job of selecting and installing furniture, fixtures and fittings. It was stress free and an absolute pleasure to work with the Zen Team. Communication was very good and we always knew exactly what was happening and when works would be done. They were very flexible when the delivery date of the apartment was delayed several times and the whole process was hassle free.
  I would highly recommend Zen to anyone who wants their apartment/villa fitted out. The quality of the works is amazing.

  I was looking for best and affordable interior design company in Dubai and I came across Zen Interior. Excellent stuff and they delivered better than what I wanted. Guess what, pricing was also quite reasonable. Highly recommended.

  Well, having graphic experience and knowing the flow of architecture requirements from the MENA countries I take pride in what ZEN is doing. It gives encouragement and I hope to be of assistance to them for some high services that Comelite can be a provider of.
