Very nice Lebanese, Turkish and Arabic cosine. The price comparing to other same restaurants is a bit expensive

The taste of the food is not consistent! sometime really taste good and othertimes I regret that I visited the place!!!
The waiters are extraordinarlly helpfull and friendly..
The place location and decoration is perfect for all type of visitors: family, friends, romantic, official dinner etc.

I placed an order on 1:21pm today with an estimated delivery time of 45 minutes. The order reached at 2:45pm. Also wrong order. Called the management and they fail to explain why that happened.

Amazing food and service! I ordered the grilled chicken alfredo, and it was so creamy and flavorful. I'm definitely adding this place to my regular list. Our service was good without delays, but ask for your starters to come first. 👍🏾😀

This place is very nice.the foods are tasty.the staff are very nice from the manager down.thumbs up for all of you.you can't please all the costumers commenting bad but just do your job don't make yourself worry for all bad comments instead make it as a challenge no one is perfect.it's a 5 star restaurant in Al Ain.Keep it up guys..Congratulations to all of you..You guys are amazing and by the way your place is so nice..

I have just had the worst experience of my last 20 years in UAE in this Ziryab restaurant. It should change its name to CROW instead of Ziryab. I had my two daughters, son, and wife for a dinner in this CROW restaurant. The bad experience started by communicating with a waiter who cannot communicate in English and is not familiar with the menu. We ordered royal mix grill, regular mix grill, seafood mix grill, and other dishes. When the orders were delivered none of them matched what we asked for. My wife asked for grilled vegetables without carrot because she is diabetic, the vegetables came simply carrots only with two small pieces of broccoli !!!! Arayis came totally different, seafood mix grill was delivered royal instead, no bread was served, the mix grills came missing potatoes .. the waiter told us that the chef was not "happy" about the order and she had to apologize to him !!!!! Yes this is true !!!! I asked to see the manager . the manager came i told him why you guys do not respect your own menu? My mix grill was missing potatoes . his reply was "i fid want to make your plate too crowded" !!!! Yes that was his excuse!!!! When my daughter told him about her dish (by the way she is a dietetic) he told her that many customers complained about the dips then we used to put it in the top of Arayis. She told him that nothing was in top of it his reply was the restaurant is crowded !!!!! By the way, when we entered this restaurant, we were the only customers there. Frankly, i was too upset to finish my dinner and could not wait to get out . if you read this, just do not try it. I will file a complaint against it.

The worst experience ever!!! Food was average and service was Zero!!!!!! After waiting so long with the mix grill the order was not complete, the sauce was missing and we had to ask for bread to accompany the appetizer. Missing service basic, the waiter bought the bill and asked us to recount because they did manually !!And it was wrong!
I have the star because of the location otherwise I would have give you 0 star.response / report this review
