Our office is here 😁
This building and it's surrounding is always busy and lively. The offices are moderately maintained.
The location is at the center of Al Barsha 1, very near and accesible to all necessities - restaurant, mini grocery, hypermarket, mall, metro station and bus station.
Also has a lot of residential apartments, so having an office here could be a real convenience.
Yes it's traffic at rush hours (like any other place) but manageable.response / report this review -

Excellent service! The management team were very friendly & professional . Very fast transaction indeed! One of the best landlord we have dealt with . The building itself are clean and well maintained. Must recommend to everyone!!
