  Good fun for kidswhen our lane worked, unfortunately it was not working often and we had many technical issues. And many other families had the same issues.
  Customer Service struggled as they appeared understaffed, tired and ill equipped to deal with all the problems during this busy time.
  After speaking to the manager they originally wanted to charge me for a game we couldn't finish, but eventually they did give us a full refund. That still took all the fun out of the day for us
  It is very busy in the weekends and price has increased 20% recently. Maybe they should spend some of that increase on maintenance and employing extra staff?

  Nice place have a break and play some bowling. Best place to go during summer.
