Not well experienced staff. Need to replace staff that are more experience. Pricy as well too. Cutting hair sucks. Need more training and adapt the hair trends and hairstyles. Dont lie to customers if you dont know how to do it coz it will RUIN the hair of the customers. Be honest before you start touching the hair.

I was a regular customer of Yoko salon since years but then left the country for good and was always missing the luxurious comfort and lovely atmosphere of this Salonvisiting various countries during last four years, was never that sort of satisfied with the services of Salons worldwide like Yoko salonlanded Dubai after 17 hours flight from Canada had a worst jet lag but visited Yoko salon got my mani,paidi,hair Treatment, facial , body massage on very reasonable price at the relaxing,friendly atmosphere of this wonderful Salon by friendly experts of beauty field.God .feel so fresh and energeticstrongly suggest to avail all the servicesu’ll b amazed going to get the most beautiful artistic Hena design before travelling ,Hmmmm difficult to choose one design among hundreds most creative amazing designsLolzzzz

It looks very old from inside. Needs maintance. And the staff are not professional at all. While they are doing the services they talk on the phone or they eat or something else. In the normal saloons this is unacceptable. But for henna, they are the best place.

Best salon in UAE no doubt about it. Although I live in Dubai but never tired of visiting this salon although it’s just the opposite of where I live. Always a big fan of their services. I have been going there for the last 20 years. Their services, product quality has gone better to the best. They do quality work and a great value for money. Keep it up chums! 💕💕💕💕😘

I went to Yoko salon for my spa needs, I did a facial followed by head and body massage and mani pedi.. I felt so good and my face looks bright and fresh. The products they use are of high quality, and service is top notch.
I made an appointment for other services for next month and will leave a review for you guys for them too.
I would say, visit this salon n, you will not regret it!

I did crystal facial from here for the first time.Omg ..she did it tooo hard..I couldnt take it ..The next day my face was full of rashes and got severe allergy.I called and complaint about the same.They were not even ready to listen to me properly.I went to show them my face and the response was too bad.The lady in the reception behaved to me as if its my problem.She told me its for my skin i got allergyShe dnt even accept their mistake or appologise.I remember one thing when she responde..If we go to doctor for surgery and he or she did some mistake.Later when we complain about it..how will we feel if he says its our bodys problemThis is what they told.They told even to try their herbal facial..now..Who will spent money for that under the people who is responsible for rashes on my skin (I consulted many dermatologist no useI went to a parlour..dhe told its because of yoko crystal facial..as the crystals like thing still remains under my skin).Please dont go and try

Good for Hinnah only. They ruined my hair + overcharged me + i lost my toe nail after doing pedicure in this saloon. Staff are also very rude, i will never go there again.

I went for a treatment at Yoko and had my diamond ring stolen by one of the Pakistani ladies working there. I reported it to the staff there who blankly told me there's nothing they can do about it. They refused to check staff lockers or anything of the sort. I had 2 rings, yet only the diamond one was stolen. I was unimpressed with the staff's reaction to say the very least and also hurt as it irreplaceable. Particularly when there were many things that they could have done but refused to.
