My hair was a mess when I visited Y12 and Luca worked his magic! He took his time and directly understood what bothered me from a previous disastrous haircut. He fixed it and I couldn’t be happier! Highly recommended!

I Have visited the salon today with a real disaster on my hair, done by another hairdresser, Luca did the consultation and I was at ease immediately, he understood I was in distressed, he works his magic on me and after 1h30 I was out of the door happy again I cannot thank him enough. The salon is very nice, cosy and luxurious.. you are just a click away from you next best hair! go for it!!!!!

Nice salon but was not happy with my haircolor done by Milad. I wanted to refresh my lights and add some more as my hair still had old lights on. He kept the bleach same amount of time on the colored and not colored portion resulting on two different color on my hair. Also my hair got very very dry after a week and had to get a full hair cut😔😔.

The best salon in Dubai with comfortable atmosphere,good products and professional hairdressers that you can always trust them.

As a most of the girls I’m very sensitive and super protective over my hair but from Y12 salon for 5 years so far I never left less then super happy and satisfied by my new hair style. Atmosphere at the salon is great same as the team! Special compliments for Mayher and Giampiero, who are suggesting great ideas but they are great listeners, so far all my requests been successfully done. The results are always more then aspected. Highly recommending place for a good haircut or coloring.

If I could give seven stars or more for Y-12 and Luca I would. Luca is a master at making you look and feel your absolute best. He is genuinely interested in how you want to look and feel. He asks lots of questions and then he makes suggestions based on what you want and your hair type. Luca worked his magic on my thin frizzy hair, he cut it so that my hair looks fantastic blown dried straight or left to dry naturally curly. The secret apart from his cut is that he recommends the right products and how to style the cut. I am now able to keep the natural curl (not a frizzy mess) for more than a day. My hair looks and feels the best it has been since I moved from Europe to the Middle East eight years ago.
I also have to say the whole team at Y12 are also lovely, they are always welcoming, making you feel comfortable and the fully reclining chairs at the sinks are incredible!
So thank you Luca and team I love coming to your salon and I absolutely love love love the way my hair looks.

I really love y12salon. I love to change my hairstyle and I trust them 100%. From long to short and from blond to purple.This guys are really professionals. Everybody there are smiley and happy. It's always a pleasure to go there.

I have visited this salon for five years.
Mahyar is an extremely talented colourist & I always leave 100% happy.
Even when I have done something stupid with my hair he manages to correct the problem.
Always professional & I would recommend Mahyar to all blonde girls out there in the UAE.

Italians Luca Comella & Giampiero Renzetti along with their team have been bringing the same level of service they have given to Paris Hilton, Gerard Bulter & Catherine Denevue since 2012.

About four months ago, I was relocated to UAE by my company. At my arrival I began the quest to find a good Hair Stylist (or coiffeur if you prefer the term). I have lived in numerous countries around the world, and I am well aware of the difficulty of this task. To my added dismay, Dubai is a place in which straight forward information is difficult to come around. I search for the right professional since them, with little or no positive result. One day, I stumbled upon a delightful review from someone that was extremely impressed with Y12. After reading it (for some reason) I decided to give it a try and contacted them immediately; very soon, I was seated in their salon located in the luxurious Ritz- Carlton Hotel. That night, I met with Giampiero Renzetti, Director of the company and (as I see it) a real artist. He, personally, took care of me and my (by now) long hair, for over one and half hour. I have been in some of the most famous salons in New York, Milano, Argentina, Brazil, Berlin, etc. Be that as it may, I was absolutely impressed with the incredible job that Giampiero had done. Like all great artists, he has a perfect technique and the talent to interpret what is right for you. Finally, he will deliver the most amazing hair cut you will ever have!
Enough said, just go to Y12 and experience it for yourself.
