I recently had an amazing experience with the wheel repair service at WheelFix for my Tesla Model X, and I can't say enough positive things about it! The team there did an outstanding job repairing two forged wheels and repainting all four of them. The end result is simply stunning – my wheels now look flawless in a glossy black finish.
What impressed me even more was the additional level of service I received. During their inspection, the technicians discovered a puncture and a nail in one of my tires. Without hesitation, they took care of the necessary repairs, ensuring my safety on the road. This attention to detail and going the extra mile truly sets them apart.
Not only did the professionals at WheelFix deliver exceptional wheel repairs, but they also completed all the necessary tasks like wheels balancing, removing and installing TPMS, and balancing in an astonishingly short time. First and foremost, This is one the most professional workshops i have ever dealt with in UAE. Yazan ensures to go above and beyond to ensure customers are happy and are well informed, updates you on the progress and to my surprise even delivered the vehicle to me before timeline, which is a bit uncommon here.
I've opted to black out my Dimond cut wheels and let me tell you the result was awesome. Yazan and his team are the only garage that were able to confirm to me on the assurance of their job & provide me with 2 years warranty against any peal.

I took my car to Wheelfix to repair my chewed alloys which were ruining the look of my car. Yazan convinced me that as well as repairing the wheels, dechroming of the door handles, badges etc. would really make the vehicle look better so I agreed on this, and at the same time opted for the interior protection package - which is an option that comes with a warranty.
Mr Yazan does a great job of keeping the customer informed with video clips of work in progress. The guys also finished the work ahead of time - 2.5 days, instead of 3.
My car is new-ish, but when I picked it up, it looked showroom new.

I can guarantee no one can beat Wheelfix in the ENTIRE UAE when it comes to professionalism, honesty, turnaround time, instant rim straightening, 100% quality work and the hospitality.
Right from the top boss the GM of Wheelfix John Andrew to Yazan the workshop manager to even the technician on the job they’re too good at what they do.
I went to couple of places for my bent wheels since I was experiencing vibrations and some said all 4 wheels were bent and another told me 3 wheels. And all of them told me it would take 3-4 days for repair. Yazan the man (workshop manager) - checked all my wheels and very honestly advised only 2 needed to be straightened. Gave me a very reasonable quote and to my surprise told me it would be done in less than 2 hours. The job was done with absolute perfection. I was so impressed by the work and time. In addition John the boss (GM) gave me a tour around the entire workshop and the cars that come there include Nissan to Bentley to Ferrari. Name them and you’ll find it there for wheel repairs, graphics, paint and more. Go to other places for your wheel repairs believe me you’ll end up spending more and going multiple times to get it rectified. If you go to wheelfix you’ll end up going just once and the job will be PERFECT just like brand new. They’re not just a mere workshop but I’d say specialists in their domain.response / report this review -

Bad experience. they incurred a loss of approximately 25,000 Dirhams to me
To be fair their polishing is good BUT I faced a huge issue when I asked them to do a smart (spot ) repair of scar arch on 3 of my cars doors . They promised they would only paint the scratch area BUT when I went there as a surprise visit I saw they were painting the FULL door instead of that specific area as they promised. This happened to 3 doors of my BMW X5 2014 which was never ever painted and which was still with its original factory paint . And their solution was ok don’t pay for the paint job 😱😱😱

Great customer service, billy was extremely helpful in getting my car fixed with all the damaged paint works.
He would send me follow up photos and he even called after I had taken my car back to make sure everything is okay.

If you’re looking for detailing or polishing and pay double or triple for it then this is the place. The Motto should be we DON’T fix what others can. Definitely not going there again or recommending it for anyone. If you’re going there make sure you remove all of your valuables as they have the habit of just taking stuff.

I met Shibin at the Wheelfix kiosk in Tasjeel, Al Barsha. He explained to me the powder coating process of wheel coloring and the advantage they have to offer against their competitors. After deciding to go through with it, Shibin followed up at every stage and ensured that the rims were repaired for damages, colored exactly to my specifications and delivered on time the same day. They won me over with their complete professionalism and I'd highly recommend them to any body looking to have their wheels taken care of.

Not a very good quality rim repair job. While they did fix the main damage in the rim but they ignored all the small scratches which could easily be removed had they spent some more time. Heck they could even clean the rim properly when handing me o Dr the car which made me think the rim had a lot of other spots or discoloration! How hard is it to properly clean some time and present them to the customer in the best form?!
