There is no negative star to convey my thoughts Worst service.. they are promoting to use online app but not improved in home delivery.. Waiting for the order for more than 3 hours..app is good to book but what's the use if you guys are not concentrating on home delivery.. Un installed the app.. Al Madina & flavors serves better.

It is a very good supermarket that I recommend to anyone living in the building 16,17,18,19. It is a very close and convenient supermarket that has good things in it. Anyways, in my opinion, the bakery is not as good as you would expect. Thanks for reading this and for having me.

I always order here. But today One guy answer my call and took my order. Guy was very disrespectful and treating you like not a human at all. I called again to check a Filipina answered my call. I double check my order thank God I called again otherwise the person won't understand what he wrote. I asked the filipino who it was and she told me it's her supervisor. A SUPERVISOR WHO IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND NOT EVEN APOLOGETIC. What kind of customer services this is westzone. You lost one customer now and I will make sure you will lose more if you didn't change your approach to customers.

Good Supermarket you will every thing in that Daily home need ..home delivery is free and always Friday and Saturday vegetable and fruits promotion price . Also monthly and biweekly promo on Grocery and other item.

Even if they are your last option for home delivery, make sure you do not order from here. Minimum delivery time is 2 hours in spite of literally being a couple of streets away. PATHETIC SERVICE.
