  Hiring Dubai Website Design was an expensive bad decision. At the beginning, both Rob and Sarah were extremely professional, attentive, and responsive - until they had my money. Then I would go days or weeks without hearing from them.
  
  It took them over 6 months to develop my business website -which was nothing more than a free Wordpress theme with a custom header. I hired them to complete a modern travel agency website with dynamic blogs with stunning imagery (I provided them with the imagery). Instead, I received bland and basic pages with no design elements at all. Every single design aspect I requested, I was told was impossible even though I showed them page after page of examples online.
  
  Dubai Website design paid ZERO attention to detail - my site was riddled with spelling and grammar mistakes (even though I provided them with the correct text to just copy/paste - it was like things were re-written. It made no sense).
  
  The website, once complete, was supposed to be handed over with a complete back end manual and guided training. They gave me one excuse after another as to why the manual wasn't complete. When they finally did turn over a manual, it was nothing more than how to create a simple blog post. A guided training has never happened.
  
  The customization's they made to the Wordpress theme can't be updated without it making the entire site go haywire. When I asked Sarah about how to do the updates, she screamed at me that there's no reason to do any updates. I pressed her about web security and so on and was told I don't need to worry about any of that. I couldn't believe it. I had Wordpress on the other line saying the php needed to be updated because of security issues and Sarah with Dubai Website Design is saying Wordpress is wrong. I am not exaggerating.
  
  2 months after I have received my "completed" website, I have already hired another company to redo everything.
  
  Please, do yourself a favor, and find another company to do your work. Their prices are not fair, the work is subpar, the attention to detail is missing, and the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I just wish I could get my money back from their basic work.
