the serivce repair it takes a long time to fix things even the basic stuff that doesn't really need technical replacement. also, they don't pick up the phone you have to ring several times to get on hold with someone

I was after a specific converter, USB-C to HDMI, that was the only store with item in stock. Customer service representative was able to locate item literally in no time. Brilliant service!
