They save my dog life, the conditions of my dog was so bad and almost the heart stop and they do all needs.
Super highly recommended for vet plus doctors are so professional and they know what they are doing even there place is amazing.

This centre saved my Dog Coco and i cant thank them enough for it. I have been going over for the past one month with Coco and Dr Ahmed Ashour has been like a Guardian Angel who took care of Coco and brought him to what he is today. Is an excellent facility with great doctors and a very efficient team . For the past 4 yrs i have only been using their grooming and vaccinations for Coco. I totally recommend them to everyone . Thanks once again 🙏🏻

There is place amazing friendly and healthy for your pet they give the service you are looking.
If you want to visit a vet in Sharjah or Dubai honestly visit them.

Excellent Hygiene , Excellent Grooming standards, Excellent availability / range of products, Excellent location/ Parking availability.
Only negative for me was , the vets keep changing, so it is difficult to be in touch with different vets who give different possible solutions. Anyhow This place is far better than so many others that I have been to.response / report this review -

They did an amazing job on grooming my cats, they charge a reasonable price for an excellent service. They sell quality pet products and also have veterinary services available all at the same place.

Ask for Anton for grooming needs of your pet - he's amazing! I was surprised how well my cat took to him. Usually my cat gets very angry when we take him to the groomers/vet and he's even had to be sedated once. So Anton was a godsend! He was relaxed, even sang to our cat and it was wonderful to watch. Thanks a ton! I know my cat & I have found our perfect groomer. The clinic is also very good, more expensive than it's other branches but I'll gladly pay more for their obvious love and care towards our pets.

Vetplus is the best service provider in the Emirates. I visited others vet service provider but Vetplus is best. They provide me taxi for my pets on time and they have well experienced personal in their hospital. Thanks for such a great service for my pets

اولا سبب وضعي نجمه واحدة هو بسبب المبالغه بالاسعار ،، اتمنى ان تاخذو بعين الاعتبار رأيي. . اغلب محبين القطط هم من ذوي الدخل المحدود لذا عندما يمرض القط او حيوان اليف قد يتازمون و يترددون لاخذه العيادات المنتشرة بالامارات بسبب الاسعار المبالغه.. اتمنى من كل قلبي ان تعاملونا مع حيواناتنا الاليفه بكل انسانية و لا تستغلوا الزبون و كانه صراف بنكي متحرك . نحن نعلم انه لديكم نخبه من اطباء جيدين لكن عالاقل خفضوا اسعار العلاج و معاينة الحيوانات المريضه لانها تثقل على كاهلنا كثيرا. . ولديكم الحريه برفع اسعار الخدمات التجميليه للحيوانات مثل القص او الاستحمام الخ.. .

I never visit a pet shop look amazing and clean plus very friendly stuff and kind they save my dog was in bad condition, as I can see they have full equipped and I think this place is the best even from my Dubai vet there price a bit high as it’s a big hospital

Its my first time to get my pet in UAE so I went to Vet Plus and the service was amazing they treated my pet like an angel and I went to other vets and none of them were like this so I'm very happy to see them take care of animals in such a good way so if you have a pet I insist you take him/her to Vet plus I'm sure you'll be more then happy. The doctor there is a really high educated doctor she's very helpful and has a huge heart for animals.

I left my cat 3 days with him and they were unable to stabilize his fever and did not have the expertise to identify what was wrong with him. They wanted to rely on bloodtesting but the bloodtests they asked for was for diseases that have a slight relevancy to his condition. They did not check his liver and were so adamant to perform the specified tests instead. I am very glad that I refused their consultation and took him out of there refusing these tests that might have stalled his recovery and would have gotten him dead due to delayed treatment. If your pet is having a dangerous condition take him somewhere with vets that are more experienced rather than amateurs that care about milking your pockets more than treating the pet in time.
My cat is now better since i took him somewhere else before it was too late.response / report this review -

The most horrible service I've ever received from any vet in my life. I had brought in a kitten in that I found on the street, and asked them to do whatever that is necessary to save its life. I even kept a deposit of 500 Dhs cash to ensure them that I'm serious. They said they will update me daily, which they didn't. After two days of no updates, I decided to go and visit the kitten just to arrive there and be told that the kitten had died 30 minutes prior to my arrival. Best part? The kitten wasn't actually dead!! I stayed beside him as he took his last breaths in agony. Apparently he had lung infection (Which they had NO IDEA about), and was coughing blood. When I requested that the kitten is to be PTS, I was told that they didn't know how to do it!! So I just sat there watching the poor soul struggle for another 15 minutes, before finally giving up. The doctor then came in and checked him and said that he isn't dead yet because she "can hear a heart beat", although about two minutes after that, his body started stiffening and his bladder released the urine. Then when confronted, they had the audacity to state that I was the one who refused the treatment when they allegedly called to ask for my permission. I wouldn't even give this a one star rate, but since there is nothing less than that, I'll just accept it then.

My experience isn't the same as the other people using your services, we booked to visit a doctor and we arrived to find that the doctor wasn't even at the office.Yet we booked an *appointment* by telephone. It took us 30 minutes to arrive to the office to be stood up! Seriously!!!! This service is a disgrace! I will not use your services in the future or refer others to use Vets Plus, if this is the attitude you have! If the doctor is called away on an Emergency, don't you think it's polite to inform the client? Another useful tip, update your website to allow clients to choose whether they want to see the groomer/doctor as it's not normal that you send Emails asking the client what's the purpose of the visit. Not your business!!!.
