  VCA should reconsider some of their MOE staff members, especially at the managerial level ..
  Went in 2013 to shorten my alhambra bracelet(which was purchased from their store only few weeks before) and the store manager at the time (seemed Syrian or Lebanese with Greyish hair) rudely refused to do so since i didnt have my guarantee card(although he still can check my piece thru their unique serial number via VCA system which he claimed is not possible).. he even insisted that this is fake piece as long as im not presenting the above mentioned card, he ironically added i can survive with the loose bracelet by hooking the closure lock on the chain it self without having any links removed. I left and decided to deal with VCA Etihad Towers in AD whom are incomparably way advanced in terms of customer service and after sale service as well for the last 4 years :)
  I did visit MOE store again recently to check out few pieces and perhaps to start all over again, but ppl there r sickly pushy and money driven especially when promoting upcoming collections,i was asked to pay a hefty deposit (if i wish) to score a super limited edition collection for 2018 without even disclosing any details in terms of color/style/type of gold .. claiming its a bomb collector pieces .. so u accept huge deposits but im not allowed to know where im putting my hard earned money into ??
