Bought a few perfumes during the national day sale. Decent place to purchase perfumes and located in a very convenient place near the metro exit.

It was my first and last time. I bought two perfumes from 1 week they told me it's the original one and long-lasting but actually, it's not and it's wasting money, I will never purchase from there, not recommended

i bought some perfumes , the sales man told me its long lasting perfumes but those are not i lost my money , i never purchase a single perfume from here , it was my first try and last purchase , I never recommend anyone, i think the staff trying to achieve their target with fake long lasting stories .

NOT ORIGINAL! I bought a perfume from them and i am 100% sure it is not original. They claim to sell original perfumes but its not true, each employee tells you a different story on how their perfumes are original.
When i wanted to return my perfume which i didnt even use and i bought it 24hrs back, they refused to follow their policy and refused to return it for me. The receipt clearly says i can exchange/return within 7 days but then the shop says they will not do it.
I even compared the perfume i bought with the same one from a different shop and the smell is not the same and doesnt even last long even though it is eadu perfume!
Dont buy from them at any cost. Its not worth it !response / report this review -

Fake.
I waste my money buying an Insolence- Guerlain for this store. It smells the same but it doesn't last for 5 min, while the original last for hours.

This is a complaint towards the higher management of v-perfumes who are pressurizing their staff to force service upon their customers. THIS IS NOT A COMPLAINT ABOUT THE STAFF
I went to V perfumes store at Bur Juman Metro station around 8 PM on 22 March, I was approached by a saleslady who offered to assist me. She was courteous and polite and offered to help.
I told her I would like to make my own choice and see the products myself , she understood me and gave me my space. Then she nicely informed me “sir I need to follow you because our company watches us on CCTV and questions us if we do not assist customers”
In a few seconds another male staff came to assist me “I told him I want to make my own choice. He was continuously following me, which made me very uncomfortable. I was not able to look at the items and decide because he was constantly staring at me. After few minutes, I asked “has your company trained you to follow customers?” He pointed towards the ceiling saying “Sir , Cameras”
I told him “I am a self-sufficient customer, I also work in retail and I like to browse on my own. I told him it is wrong to follow customers continuously and make the customers uncomfortable”. He understood and then left.
I do not blame the staff for this attitude, looks like the owners and management of this company does not understand customer service and different types of customers. They are forcing their staff to chase customers and make them uncomfortable.
I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS TOWARDS THE STAFF.
I AM DISAPPOINTED WITH PEOPLE MANAGEMENT FROM THE OWNERS OF THIS COMPANY. I fear that by reading this review the company management will transfer the blame on their staff rather than take responsibility of understanding customers.
I feel sorry for your staff, your staff is decent and polite, but your higher management needs to learn customer service first.response / report this review -

The place is like an abandoned locker.
You'll have to search for the best.

The best perfume shop in uae, Nice and friendly staff also very helpful and they have the ability to encourage you to buy from them specially the guy who's working in ajman branch I like his performance and was extraordinary.

The Best Perfume shop in Dubai . I'm Alfred from Ghana and always buy my perfumes from there. One thing to mention is the customer service, Cherry makes me feel at home and gives me the best of perfumes and service whenever i visit the shopoh yes! thanks for the swift delivery to my hotel the other time..I'll always come over when i'm around
