The first 2 times I visited this place in mid 2017 I had a great time. Each time I go back it seems to get worse. It’s mostly the staff that are doing a poor job. The food menu could also use a revamp. I hope management turns this place around because it’s nice to have in the neighborhood. Plus they have Amstel light on tap which is very hard to find!

very bad service, the place has so much potential that its sad to see such a place fall apart like this. i remember when it used to be so crowded that people loved to come here, now its just a weekday place to go. again bad service

Mediocre at best. The food and service not up to scratch when we were there. Waited over 30 minutes for a drink. Eventually went to the bar ourselves to try and get our drinks sorted. The manager did come to our table to say that their systems were down earlier and this was the reason for the delay in orders getting through.

Service can be slow at times but the happy hour deals are excellent value. Beware of the poor air quality due to the high concentration of smokers and inadequate ventilation.

Probably on the list of 5 five Worst customer service in Dubai. Staff are rude, do not notice you, you need to contact them, they give you attitude, bring your food late, get the order wrong, and to top it off they also added other peoples bill to mine on 2 different occasions. I told them i had not ordered these things and told them to check the cameras, and they literally replied with they are not working today but my staff knows what your ordered clearly not fake manager from some eastern European country.
Before playing pool there used to be 7 DIrhams, now they boosted the table price to 15 Dirhams. The place used to be fun to go to because it was decently priced and the staff were some what evolved from the current zombies they employed. I guess over time the horrible service just managed to make the crowd get smaller, forcing them to increase prices to reach their sales mark, to eventually avoid the inevitable fact that they will have to close soon and be replaced.
The only people who go there are those who are staying in the hotel above because they are just visiting and probably do not really know Dubai too well. You wont really fine natives of the country there because we actually know how horrible this place is.report this review -

Came here with my friends. I don't smoke and drink, so I ordered watermelon juice.
The place is nice BUT the staff did not attend to us. Just didn't seem to bother. It actually reached a point where I had to get up, walk up to him and say, please get me this. I wouldn't come back here or suggest it to anyone.
Others would probably get a good service, but I won't be back.report this review
