I like it generally but the one star here is for the management who employed low class unprofessional people to handle to the kids playing area !!
The guy was very rude. Initially he explained to me that since my kids didn’t spend their time in the bouncy castles they can play whatever game they want within one hour. However, he didn’t say “once” so my kids chose to play the train twice and didn’t play another game so I thought it should be fine since we are still in our one hour. Plus I would have accepted to pay extras if he approached us nicely and told us that there was a misunderstanding. However, unfortunately, he came to his colleague while he was standing with us and started yelling at him for allowing my kids to go twice and started to even yelling at me and saying that we should pay extra.. IT IS NOT ABOUT PAYING EXTRA IT IS ABOUT HOW YOU SAY IT TO PEOPLE..that was very embarrassing I had to take my kids out of the game.. this is a big shame. I started wondering if we were actually in Dubai or في الصعيد !!!!!!response / report this review -

We love this mall. Its open and hence a nice place to have an evening walk. Not too crowded. Parking is not a problem.

Small outdoor mall in Mirdif. They have restaurants, coffe shops, clinics, some small shops, pet shops, super market etc. Its next to the park and they have a residential area as well. Good place to visit when you are in the area.
One funny thing happened here to me once. I went here looking for a clinic early in the morning before work, wearing my suit. The securities took me to their office and was asked some questions. Then the manager came to see me. They thought I was a Chinese mafia and I'm not even Chinese.lolresponse / report this review -

I had to review my feedback as I’ve seen changes. I’m visiting uptown after a year and I can see things has been changed in both directions some are good and some are bad.
The good things are,
Car parking entry is smoother
Plenty of car parking available
And free 3hrs parking
The Bad, the place is dying and so many places had closed down! Wondering what is going on.

Horrible traffic in and out paid parking what for? Staff not willing to help. The place used to be much higher in class. Now unfortunately it is just known for shiksha Guys just go to Midriff City C enter. Has much more to offer and free parkingresponse / report this review -

Great place to visit during the cooler months. Sweet park area and good choices for food. Very family friendly and has some cozy coffee and tea spots.

Less crowded

Nice cafe and good hospitality ..
Kuttub cafe really recommended for book lovers 1 cup caramel cappuccino would hold you back for hours there
Nice places are there for kids to play around
Spinneys supermarket for shopping
Most recommended to those who want to have good quality time with family,
Also good place to recommend if you have had enough of shopping mallsand especially wanna have a cost effective weekend
Only problem is getting to this place all roads surrounding the area is usually busy in the evening..

Overall it was good, but the food court doesn't have a bathroom. Otherwise it would have been a fove star from me. The trampoline park is really good. I recommend all to go there.

Great selection of stores and entertainment for the family. My issue is with the paid parking gates. They're awkwardly placed cause a lot of traffic. This used to be an easy pop off to the shops, but with the gates, it's become a bit of mission.

Uptown Mirdif has a great open courtyard which is lovely to hang out in in the cooler months. Additionally you have lots of coffee shop, gym and salon options. There is a big Spinneys also.

Quite place good for outdoor shopping and walking, Open area with a nice food court along with many restaurants. Gym is available in here which is Fitness First one of the famous gyms. Plenty of parking slots available in underground.

The place is unique to the mirdif community and a great place to hang out in winters. In summers it's too hot to visit due to its outdoor design. However what they done with the parking is just inconvenience to shoppers. I understand the mall wishes to earn more revenue from the shoppers but the whole setup is plain inconvenience. They have improved it a little but still don't get the purpose of it. The shops there need more flow of people and making parking difficult only discourages you further.

It's sort of compact for Dubai Malls. I like the play areas, great attraction for families, but not advertised! Well I mean not advertised well to tourists, who may make their decision to stay close by just for that reason. A lot of eating places in one area (pretty cool).

Its a nice family place but I honestly just go there for my dentist. There's a few cafes and restaurants. Lots of uni students go there to work & study.
