  For my birthday last week my mother from afar sent me a beautiful unique flower arrangement of bright blue orchids. Strangely they started to shed and almost all died within 5 days. I'm giving this flower shop however 5 stars because when we mentioned we were disappointed with the quality, they replied within hours to apologize and ensure they would look into why this happened, stating that they are a small family busy business who take their customers complaints very seriously to stay loyal, unlike the others. A few hours later a courier was at my doorstep, with a brand new bouquet of flowers as a compensation! Also the Robert who communicated with me got in touch with my mother to apologize himself and reassure her that he would look into the matter. I Highly recommend their services as I've never seen such attentiveness and empathy when dealing with customers! Support small businesses, it makes all the difference!!

  First time i've used upscale and posh and would highly recommend. A great variety of flowers that it was difficult to choose! Went with the white roses and it made the persons day. Beautiful flowers at such a great price. Thanks again guys!

  Its my first time using this company, I must say excellent service when transacting from England! The flowers were gorgeous! The recipient was over the moon and I couldn't be more happier. Thank you for the service. Highly recommended

  Ordered the "Rare Beauty" which is advertised as featuring blue orchids, white roses and other supporting plants, as well as a free vase, but the flowers came with purple orchids and no vase. I understand that during these corona times it's difficult and perhaps they don't have the right flowers, but at least let me know via email or phone?

  I’ve been ordering flowers from Upscale and Posh for a few years now. Why am I writing this? Very few people leave positive messages in this world of ours, I’d like this to change and offer thanks and credit for hard work when it’s deserved.
  
  Each time I surprise a loved one, offer thanks, or a random act of kindness the flowers arrive on time, without hassle, with a smile and they last. The bouquet is fresh, the packaging perfect and the impression - always positive. So with this review, I’m offering a thank you (you’ve made me look great since 2016!)
