Highly unprofessional have been inquiring about the PGCE and PGCEI since February 2021 . Was informed that I couldn’t enrol as my degree is not equalised . Later found out one of my colleague was in the course with a non equalised degree ! Different people different rules . Kept calling , writing emails no reply . Whatsapp number provided is only answered by recruitment teams who just say that they will forward the details to the admission department . Zero professionalism. I just got to know that entries are closed and they can only apologise for the wrong information as I never created an application like seriously ?!? When your admission staff says there is noway to get in without an equalised degree ( though I have a Uk degree ) and never guides you to create an application how on earth would we know to do so ?! I got in contact with the recruitment coordinator who just apologised and said unfortunately she can’t do much and just talk to the team to not give wrong information and thats all . I later inquired about masters to which she was suppose to send me a link and as expected that didn’t happen ! Very RUDE and unprofessional staff ! Thanks to them I would miss an year !

Boring campus and very haughty staff. I’ve attended LSE and this environment was so strangely arrogant just cause their university has an above average rank maybe. Birmingham is barely prestigious. The city itself is made up of mainly the lower middle class south asian diaspora and trashy buildings. The staff should get over themselves they don’t work for Harvard. I met Sanam Yaqub and it was laughable how rude and arrogant she was. You’re supposed to be friendly and ask people how their day is at minimum. I don’t know if she was raised in a barn. This university should do a seminar on manners and behaving like humans for their staff.

No track of accounts, they promise you a discount then they ask you to pay in full. Part time schedule changes to full time without your acceptance. Wasted 1 year due to their ignorance and very poor operations. Also, you will be impacted by the huge conflict between the UK office and the local one! They are not fan of the local office!!

This university is a proper scam. Before accepting me into the university the admissions office asked for a 5000k aed deposit to “secure my spot” and that it was part of the conditional offer, which makes no sense, how can you ask for a deposit if i haven’t been accepted ??! In the end they didn’t accept me and they still haven’t returned my 5000k deposit, the admissions people just ignore you. Why did you ask me for a deposit if you haven’t even accepted the student??! And the same thing happened to my friends, they take your deposit and in the end they don’t accept you and don’t give back the deposit.
