I had bought some goods from UBMS and one of the items had all loose ac adapters. The sales representative blamed me. I only had the item for a few hours and you want to blame me for improper usage. If I were to request any other retailer to fix an item during 1 to 30 days they would have given me a new item and not blame me for a faulty item or the retailer would fix the faulty item. This company has Terrible customer service. I will never buy from them again. In fact I don't think anybody should buy anything from them
