Had to take a taxi in Majaz area today to go to work. I had never been in a taxi so dirty and the smell was unbearable. I did not say anything to the driver as I did not want to embarrass him but as a company that caters to the public in Sharjah, management needs to do a lot more to address this.

Just this very day i take the union taxi with a plate number of 86221. It took an hour or 2 for me to find the plate number since they RTA sharjah couldnt trace it by themselves. We are very sure that item was.left by my daughter unintentionally inside since we also review the camera down the building obviously there wasnt any white paper bag we carried upo going out taxi. Its just some food we ordered and some medicine for my asthma which is very vital. RTA sharjah said what the taxi will do with that paper bag and why he will keep it??? Well, a lot of reasons unto whymaybe hes is lazy to.come back without knowing its very important for the passenger. I read a lot of comment here that your driver isnt very honest wether small things or big left inside the taxi. Anyhow, i will let it pass but you need to remind every driver that there is camera everywhere and this is UAE they cannot just be dishonest or just deny it. If the item was precious well, i dont let this incident slip off, there is evidence since camera are everywhere, from the area where we rode that taxi and the destination area. Taxi number is 86221 UNION TAXI!!!!! Remind well your drivers.that is not worth as much as his salary but its vital for the health of my daughter its her medicine. Conclusion will be the driver just merely ignore it/us LAZY maybe to come back or to search whatever. In my side we traced it very neat and clear and sure. In your side its all verbal. So the problem here is not with me the problem here is with your dishonest staff!

Very unprofessional driver, his name is Saif Ur Rehman Bismillah Jan please be aware of this guy! Very bad attitude towards passenger. Situation was manageable I just don’t have any change and he started to rant and shout at me for having AED 200. I was shocked for how he acted. Please train your drivers to always have good manners as it reflects bad on company’s side
