Thanks for your impecable services. I placed the order from Romania last day, and today at the first hour in the morning the flowers were delivered. Many thanks helping me to make a big surprise from Romania to Dubai.

I had a terrible experience yesterday. Only an hour prior to the delivery time, I got a call from them stating that they don’t have the color of the flowers and also they don’t have the cake I ordered.
They left me no option but to accept another color & cake. It came the cheapest cake from Caesar’s (awful taste).
I wasn’t expecting that from an overpriced service. The reviews misled me into choosing this company. Never gonna use them again. Even one ⭐️ is too much for such disappointment.response / report this review -

This is a wonderful service. I can't believe how lovely the flowers were. Sometimes, ordering from the UK to Dubai can be a torturous exercise, but this was a doddle. The website is a delight to use - choice of products and range of prices both impressive. Payment was smooth and delivery carried out exactly as promised with everyone kept informed.

WE had another fantastic experience using UAE Flowers. We remembered late in the day in Australia that it was Diwali and quickly made an order. It was delivered within 4 hours to our extended family in Dubai.

Thank you for your efforts everyone. The flowers reached my mom on time. Although i had picked a vase with orange lilies and was advised its not available so we had to go with white. I was a bit disappointed then. But the white lilies looked lovely with the orange roses in the end and you dealt with the issue swiftly so thanks a million. My suggestion is that u try to keep your website up to date as much as possible with the available options. Other than that everything else is perfect and would totally recommend your service’s onwards.

Excellent service and excellent communication skills. We ordered from Cairo flowers and a cake for my father in law in Dubai on the occasion of his birthday. I got the date wrong and contacted the customer service on their WhatsApp number. They got it fixed in minutes. My father in law very happy with the gifts and they are exactly as advertised.
