Seamless service from start to finish. Really responsive on WhatsApp so makes it much easier to arrange pick up and drop off. Very professional too

Had a very good experience with this car rental company. Respect!
The brand new Range Rover sport was delivered to our hotel on time as agreed. I could therefore use it immediately upon arrival.
After 3 days I got a technical problem in the car at 10 pm in the evening.
So I immediately contracted the landlord, the best man was present within 40 minutes with a brand new Range Rover sport and together with a man from the internal technical service. They fixed the fault within an hour and replaced a new hose for the cooling system that allowed me to continue on my way. Unprecedented what a high service and customer-oriented company. Nowhere have I experienced such good and fast service and above all customer friendliness.
Not even in the Netherlands at the Range Rover dealer or the ANWB will you be helped so quickly and well. All I can say is that this company has exceeded my expectations in every way.
This company puts the customers and service above everything else!
I can therefore wholeheartedly recommend Turbo Line rent a car to everyone.
Thank you for everything, especially making our time in Dubai as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

I Booked a car for today 4 o’clock, the guy was already late and told me he was “on the way” then he stopped answer for 2 hours and told me the car was not available anymore , bad service and staff , book somewhere else if u don’t wanna be disappointed…
