  The concept is good, being able to set everything online and get an accurate price is very convenient. The move itself was a bit of a hit and miss. I was moving from a one bedroom apartment to a Villa. I had a team of 4 people and another elder person who I’m not sure what he does. Khan the captain is really nice and very professional. Spends a lot of time ensuring everything is safe and well packaged. Others on the team does not seem to care much.
  
  At the end of the move, i was surprised that this elder guy wanted me to give him the money and not Khan who i thought is in charge. I gave the money we agreed on and then left a good tip. 5 minutes later, i hear a lot of rambling in front of my villa and then they ring the door bell. I open and find out that they’re fighting with each other because apparently the elder guy told them that i did not leave a tip and wanted to take it all to himself. Just utter unprofessionalism.

  Thrilled with Trukker's service when we moved to a new flat in Feb 2021. The staff were very professional, flexible to our requests and, shifted our furniture in perfect condition (owing to the extra care they took and the heavy-duty materials used (boxes, wraps, etc.).

  I was happy with moving first time and referred the company to my friend. But
  
  They don't respect single people and their time:
  No one informed that instead of 2 trucks which were paid, they would send 1.
  
  They offered to my cousin that her stuff should be at the street while 1st truck would move her furniture to new place.
  
  And she should urgently search for someone to stay with her stuff during 4-5 hours.
  
  Kindly teach your call centre to talk to client's and inform them about changes.
  
  U are currently lost 2 big client's who are my friends as I will not recommend them to move with you as there is a risk you will send for a villa 1 truck and tell them to find someone before 1 min

  In my town, it was difficult to find delivery trucking companies as it is located at a distant place. But when I approached Trukker for their delivery truck hire services they agreed upon my request & did a great job to move my house belongings safely to the new town. I definitely recommend them for their great services.

  They are team of highly professional staff. From sending quote to actual execution of the move, they extended all their support. Sagar from their team has been extremely supportive and did not hesitate to go an extra mile. Would highly recommend them if you need a hassle free move
