It’s very bad Service ,I applied visa for my daughter but unfortunately the agent applied wrong visa which each she didn’t explain what’s the difference between Visit visa t-Tourist visa,She knows that for under age is not fit for tourist visa but still she proceed just to get SALES!!! Then I spoke to manager and he committed to us to refund the money but until now I didn’t get any refund from them ,They’re avoiding me now!!!What’s the use of being manager if he committed something to the client and he didn’t do any action about this..They told me that the accountant will investigate about this case but suddenly they blocked me even the agent blocked me also ..Thanks for blocking me Mr.Rasheed (Travel one Accountant) and for the agent Ms.Marifel ..And to the Manager of Travel one Abu Dhabi branch Mr.Nasser, don’t commit to ur client if at the end u’ll just ignore or acting /pretending that u didn’t commit anything ..I don’t know why u got that position if ur just cheating ur client..There’s no Customer Satisfaction,Who will trust your company if you don’t even know how to solve all the problems..To Travel one agency ,you should hire Smart ,honest and loyal agent not Liar, cheater👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
