The product they sell is great (Toyota Cars) are excellent on its own. However the service quality Al Futtaim Al Ain offers is slightly below average. I brought my Car last year and the sales staff did a great job in helping me to finalize it. But the supervisor (i guess) was really trying to push me into buying useless accessories like the Teflon Coating and seat waterproofing and some sort of car insurance (outside one is cheaper) & 3M film (I fell for this 3M though same is cheaper outside). In UAE Teflon Undercar coating & seat coating is unnecesary.
Regarding The Auto-service: Since the car is good luckily till date I had only regular service so they just check (show) the parameters are ok and they prefer not to do any wheel rotation @10k though prescribed in the Car manual. And then change oil very 5k though the manual says to do it once in 10k if the car usage is normal. Next is car washing which is outsourced and is truly pathetic as they blow up all the dust on the floor. I have told them not to do any more washing and I get a proper cleanup done outside.response / report this review
