Average customer quality. I mean it's open and doesn't close for lunch but when I arrived at 1.35, wow only the reception lady was there and two staff and the manager. The lady tried to get the staff to help but he said it's his lunch break and refused..wow amazing customer service. They have many floors for different types of vehicles and all the staff seemed least bothered unless you go to them and inquire. Really bad for such a big brand. If it weren't for the toyota resale value and hopefully good engine ..I would never come back ! Eventually after 10 mins I was shown a staff in the commercial section who was more helpful than the rest.
Very nice and huge place but unfortunately I didn’t see the cars I spend 15 minutes a sales man the lady in front desk all time in her mobile only answered me that wait for person to help me after 10 minutes nobody showed me the cars I was frustrated and decided to leave ... I will try to go Dubai because iblov the fortuner

"Best Service Experience" went there the other day for service of my CAR and i must say it was one of the best service experience i had, the staff, building standard of service everything outstanding. Mr. Shahid (service rep) was amazing in dealing, he explained everything in detail and made sure to listen what concerns i had and they have been rectified. Would recommend strongly to chose this center and try for your self.
Poor signing, zero cope, poor customer Services, very complicate, never expected it from TOYOTA/AFM, everyone looks damn BUSY . Wasted my time. Nice Interior n infrastructure.
Very bad service I’m waiting 45 minutes to buy a glass scanner There is no one to receive This is a very regrettable project but a very parts service spare spare it very hard to get one sorry for that 👎
We visited the used car section, there is no single employee to serve you. You have to go and search for them. And you feel nobody care about you. It's like they have enough sales.
