  Lived here (renting) for 2 years and cannot recommend for many many reasons. The foremost reason is the building management from Dubai properties, in short it's terrible , they don't care about owners, they don't care about people renting and their charges are extortionate. Location wise it may seem great, but expect terrible traffic and constant road works to go anywhere. Parking is one of worst designed in all of Dubai period. Noise, noise, noise, you can hear someone drilling even if they are 8 floors above you as if it were 2 Cm away due to tower construction, and someone is ALWAYS drilling, you can hear the elevator button from anywhere inside the apartment and the elevator area echoes, you can hear your neighbors snore through the walls (I wish I was joking). Elevators are VERY frequently broken and when working cannot keep up. People living in exec towers sadly are not very considerate neighbors, they treat the place like a dump throwing trash and cigarette butts anywhere, and I have stayed in multiple communities in DXB over 10 years here they are worse. Also Empower bills, no matter how bad you expect them to be in Exec they will be even worse. Stay away even with the now dropped prices is all I can say.
