Absolutely the worst shipping experience possible. Deceitful business practices, dishonest staff, poor quality loading and failed to keep me informed of delays. Failed to follow the agreed packing strategy which resulted in damage to the container and the vehicle. Very slow to return calls or e-mails. When they did reply they avoided the questions and deliberately created confusion. Attempted to add "hidden" charges to my invoice. Seriously, I can't give them a lower review. Whatever you do, DO NOT use this company!
