Top of Her Game's core ethos is about breaking stereotypes of Arab women in male-dominated fields. It also aims to provide women with tools to build their own personal paths to success whilst maximising their performance. The activities consist of: • virtual and in-person peer-mentoring, including our signature Female Majlis,• learning and educational events inspiring women to grow, • a library of audio and video content helping them improve their health… and stay Top of their Game!Why is it different? Top of Her Game focuses on 3 pillars: Pillar 1: Achieving Ambitions:We take on taboos head-on- encouraging women to achieve their dreams in working in male-dominated fields. Pillar 2: Finding Her Voice: Giving women the opportunity to grow their voice and influence in claiming their seat at the professional table. Pillar 3: Peak Performance:Our focus on maximising women's performance challenges taboos and educates women regarding their own health and well-being. Women's health ‘programmes' in the region and magazines offer advice on nutrition and exercise.
